We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was large and bright. We had a lovely lake view. The breakfast was quite good with several Western options. We loved the hot springs area - good selection of hot tubs in a beautiful forest-like area, peaceful and relaxing experience. We were impressed with the number of English speaking staff in the hotel and how nice and helpful they were to us. The price of the hotel is another bonus, extremely cost-effective hotel. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone.

The room is clean and big enough. Half of the walls in the room I live in are large floor-to-ceiling windows. You can see the city environment outside. It looks very nice when the city lights are on at night. The bedding is also very good. There are also the lobby manager and other staff, who will help you push your luggage. Someone will take you to the elevator. The front desk even helped me upgrade the room, which is very heartwarming. On the first floor, I saw a custom-made transparent acrylic box at the door of each room in the corridor, small wooden ornaments similar to agarwood, with an artistic atmosphere, I like it very much. The quality of the various toiletries in the room is also quite good, and it smells very good, especially the rich and diverse breakfast, good quality, and good environment. I just have a little comment. When we checked in yesterday afternoon, because my husband likes to make tea, a friend came to talk about things. There was not enough water in the room. Then, can the hotel consider configuring robots to deliver some small items, so that the guests' experience will be better, and the room attendants will not be disappointed. Glad, many mid-sized hotels are now almost serviced by robots. Keep pace with the times!

Very good hotel environment and spacious. The facilities are great with big swimming pool and gym room. I got a free afternoon tea which is nice and you can feel like you are staying in foreign country for vacation. Location is easily accessible with lots of parking area. Recommended to couples or families stay. One things need to be improved will be the breakfast buffet (inclusive) is fair but not many variety. However, overall experience is excellent.

Rebecca and Naomi gave us excellent customer service at the front desk. Helped with taxis, COVID-19 tests, and overall everything and anything about the resort and hotel. We enjoyed our stay here because of the service this hotel gave us. “Foreigners” friendly and staff do speak English for visitors convenience. We enjoyed the big swimming pool. Swimming pool was and is family, couples, adults and children-friendly. Plenty of lifeguards around to assist and take care of swimmers. A few floaters and volleyball space to enjoy in the pool. Great hotel and a stone throw away from the city centre and buzzing nightlife clubs and pubs. Between 10-15 mins drive. See you next time.

I stayed here for 2 months, left for a week, and then stayed another month. This is my 2nd longer term stay at the Huaxi hotel. I really like the hotel, it is clean, spacious, and all the staff are very very nice. The nearby food is great and, for me, the electronics market next door is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ However this hotel must have one of the nicest and best equipped gyms I have seen yet. IT IS PHENOMENAL! I am looking forward to coming back soon 😀
