We just checked out today. The service of the hotel is excellent. The staff are really good in particular Will, the receptionist who is so responsive and helpful to take care of our requests. As we would like to have three rooms on the same floor though he cannot fulfill us all but my friends’ rooms were upgraded and we are all happy with an enjoyable stay. Special thanks to Will!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Staff is super friendly and helpful and can speak English. The pool is amazing and there are beautiful green grass areas to have a picnic. The restaurant food looked amazing, but it is very pricy.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. There are so many beautiful spots to take pictures around the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner is good, I didn’t have lunch at the hotel. I enjoyed my stay at Royal garden hotel and I’ll definitely book again. 10/10

During the Spring Festival holiday, I took my children out to experience the newly opened Banyan Tree Hotel. I wanted to experience the newly opened villa area, so I booked a room to try it out. The day before check-in, I received a call from Yoyo, the guest team manager. The service attitude was very good and he prepared parking instructions for the hotel entrance and check-in tips for us. After asking about the number of guests, he also prepared children's supplies for us and ordered the rooms. Aromatherapy and air purifier arranged. After checking in, I found that the room still had a smell. Since it was a villa area that had just opened, the smell of a large number of wooden furniture and Muzhi artworks had not dissipated. I was panicking with two children, so I contacted the front desk to inquire about changing* *Yoyo, Yoyo immediately responded to our needs and solved the problem for us very quickly and efficiently. After showing me another room, I was still not satisfied, so they offered to help us change to a guest room on the floor area. Later, with the help of Alice, I successfully changed my room. The smell was gone and I felt much more at ease. Later, Yoyo informed me that there was a difference in price between villas and floor rooms, and suggested placing a new order for a room on the next floor and then contacting Ctrip customer service to cancel the original order. This is really very attentive to details. We will never let customers spend too much money and treat customers honestly. There are always some shortcomings in newly opened hotels, but your enthusiasm and sincerity completely dispelled them. I like your response speed and processing efficiency. You solve the problem quickly without any unnecessary illusions. It is really comfortable to take a hot bath when the weather is cold. Once the smell of the wooden furniture in the villa area has dissipated, it will be better to experience it next time.

I stayed here for 2 months, left for a week, and then stayed another month. This is my 2nd longer term stay at the Huaxi hotel. I really like the hotel, it is clean, spacious, and all the staff are very very nice. The nearby food is great and, for me, the electronics market next door is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ However this hotel must have one of the nicest and best equipped gyms I have seen yet. IT IS PHENOMENAL! I am looking forward to coming back soon 😀

Very good! Highly recommended! I stayed there for the Humen HalfMarathon in DEC2023. The hotel is very clean! Cheap (309CNY\night) Include outdoor swimming pool! Hotel is located inside the newest mall in Humen. Many restaurants inside!

The room is big enough, the mattress is comfortable, and USB plug-in devices are provided. The water pressure in the shower is sufficient, and the bath products are good. In addition, the breakfast tastes quite good, it is worth getting up in the morning to enjoy. One thing to note is that the hotel does not provide food delivery upstairs, you can only pick it up at the front desk. But the overall impression of staying is good.
