以前我住過幾次，因為經常喜歡到處去，所以經常入住酒店，前兩次去的還好，因為電視問題想換房間都是可以的，這次去因為很晚了，去到放了行李就出去吃夜宵，回到酒店才知道那個電視不能放網絡電視，跟前台帶眼鏡那個溝通了，換個有網絡電視的，我也沒動裏面的東西，死活不願意，真是服了。不好的一次體驗，其他沒有問題。

1.布沙發用很久了，有明顯陳年痕跡
2.飯店附的瓶裝水喝了會拉肚子
3.第一天晚上入住就沒有沐浴乳，以為隔天早上就會補，結果第二天晚上回房間發現還是沒有補沐浴乳
超級誇張
但更誇張的事情是…第二天晚上打電話給櫃檯說要補
到第三天晚上回房間，發現還是沒有
第三天晚上再打去櫃檯罵人
一直到第四天晚上回房間才有沐浴乳
你沒有看錯
我從第一天晚上入住就一直沒有沐浴乳
一直到第四天晚上才有
然後櫃檯回覆我「可能打掃阿姨太忙了吧」
這應該是藉口嗎？
如果是疏忽，第一天沒有沐浴乳，那第二天白天就應該要補好沐浴乳了吧？
怎麼會到第四天白天才補給我呢？
這樣變成我只有第四天和第五天才有沐浴乳用
我也才住五個晚上
另外櫃檯還回覆我「要不要請保安上去給你補沐浴乳呢？」
我有沒有聽錯…保安是個中年大叔
你要讓一個中年大叔一個人要進去一個女生自己住的房間補沐浴乳，這樣妥當嗎？
要補沐浴乳也應該是女生來幫我補吧？
我只能說，這家酒店員工，不管是櫃檯還是打掃阿姨，真的都需要好好加強訓練，真的非常荒謬

環境：這邊吃宵夜的很多，旁邊還有一個快遞店。順豐。

房間大小蠻舒適的，也挺衞生，住的樓層高環境蠻好的，就是早上很早就有裝修，樓上一直開着電鑽有些影響休息。位置也挺好找的。
