如實評價，我是代人預訂的，去酒店前台開房間的時候前台人員就完全沒有任何服務態度可言，就像是小鄉鎮的地方銀行櫃員一樣。且極不專業，我閃住訂單還讓我交200按金，我説你看清楚我是不用交按金的，才又查了訂單得以核實，然後我幫訂的是此酒店帶早餐的訂單，提醒酒店人員説沒有早餐，讓她們仔細看了半天后確認是有的，説是選一個套餐在早八點會有人送上去，其實就是真功夫幾塊錢的早餐，後面問我朋友九點了也沒人送。到了第二天的下午六點過我接到酒店打來電話問是否需要續租，我一臉詫異我都指引我朋友退房了怎麼還沒結束訂單還要問續租，我説上午十一點就已經退房了怎麼還要續租，電話那邊的酒店工作人員態度極其惡劣且肯定的回答我確定沒有退房也沒有退還房卡，還是那種責備的語氣，聽到這麼肯定的語氣我又問了我朋友，人家詳細告知了我退房時的時間和當時的一些場景，我回電給酒店要求她們查監控核實並且給我一個説法，結果到了現在第三天也沒有給我回電也沒有任何道歉…..綜上所述，在雁田其他的酒店怎麼樣我不知道，反正這一家建議你們認真斟酌，酒店前台那種態度似乎是在告訴你她們酒店不差客户，不要給她們添麻煩？？？
