Very satisfied, will come again next time. The front desk upgraded the room, which is spacious. I heard that the hotel has been open for 20 years, but the overall maintenance is quite good. Especially the lobby is tall and grand, although a bit old, but it is clean and comfortable, with complete facilities. The staff's service is very good, enthusiastic and proactive. I bought breakfast at a discount price, and there are many kinds of good. There is a Wanda Plaza nearby, and the snack street is opposite, which is very convenient.

Very satisfied with the service of this hotel! My two-year-old daughter and I took a taxi from Shenzhen. Due to traffic jam, we didn't arrive at the hotel to check-in until 12am. I am very grateful to the front desk clerk CINDY Wu, who arranged for us to delay check-out until the afternoon of the next day. This gave us enough time to rest the next day, and the children were happy to take a bath. Cindy also helped me arrange breakfast. The breakfast venue is very comfortable and the food is very good! The hotel room bathrooms are very large. There is Wanda Plaza near the hotel where you can walk to eat. It only takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the square. When leaving on the second day, the children were very happy and wrote a thank-you letter to Cindy😀I will book this hotel again next time I come to play.
