When issues arise, their 'solution' is to offer small gifts, like a bottle of the hotel's shower gel (which only those looking for freebies would even bother to take). From the front-line staff to the team leaders and managers, the service attitude is awful; everyone walks around with a stern, rigid expression. They only plaster on a fawning smile when they notice people staring. I had to chase down five different service staff because my food never arrived. When I finally went to check, the server actually claimed she was just placing the order. Here are 10 reasons for my terrible review:
1. There was a mushroom in the sugar packet! The server clearly wasn't paying attention.
2. The table corners are sharp and bulky. The chipped paint suggests many people have bumped into them. The furniture is too large for the small room.
3. The door blocks the hallway; definitely not suitable for families with small children.
4. No laundry basket. Clothes end up like trash on the floor. The sink area is cluttered, and I couldn't put anything in the bathtub because it had water in it.
5. The sofa legs are sharp and angular.
6. The tissue box was a soft pack, and I stubbed my toe on it.
7. There's a mysteriously sharp, angular protrusion by the headboard with no outlet. It seems like a design flaw that was covered up, but it's dangerously close to your head.
