The room was amazing and super beautiful. Best of all, the views were breathtaking, and the towels are super soft. The man who made the check in for me made sure I had everything I needed and allowed me to choose the room I wanted. It was great! They even brought me extra tea when I finished the one the provide. And since they had availability they allowed me for late check out. Thank you so much!! I had a wonderful stay with you. The breakfast was great as well. Everything was fantastic in this stay.

2nd time I've come to stay for 1 week for a business trip.
Pleasant and attentive staff. I chose this hotel for its location and its fully-equipped gym.

The hotel is very good, but reception staff is really complicated. Cannot change US$, cannot make a deposit with credit card, nobody speaks any English at all. Would be useful to have at least one person that speaks English beside Chinese.

The sanitation and service are first-class. I have stayed in Wanjiang many times, but it was a bit cold this winter. I just found out that the air conditioner in this hotel does not have warm air. This is the only shortcoming. The morning tea is delicious. The room has an absolute first-line river view. I hope that if the central air conditioner cannot provide warm air, the hotel should provide electric heaters for guests. I didn't feel anything when it was not cold before, but this time I was really frozen.

Overall recommendation!
The hotel has a good environment and is close to the river. You can see the bridge and the Ferris wheel.
The soundproofing of the accommodation is average. You can hear the TV next door in the middle of the night, and occasionally there seems to be noise from the KTV downstairs.
The sanitation is OK, after all, the decoration has been around for some time.
