It's a pity for a hotel with five-star decoration and five-star equipment. It's a pity that there is no management at all. It's a super beautiful room with an invincible river view. It's a pity that the shower head is broken and the Wifi is broken. The bed is good, the air conditioner is sufficient, and the swimming pool is 10 points beautiful, but unfortunately outsourced to the operator, the service is negative, no one manages, there are not many waiters, and the remaining two waiters have a very bad attitude. I don't know, and I didn't give a towel. As one of the landmark hotels in Humen, it is really a pity that it was originally a five-star hotel, but it has been reduced to this point due to poor management. Will it come again? Maybe will? The price/performance ratio here is still high!

The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the Humen High-speed Railway Station. You can take a taxi directly to Shenzhen Bao'an Airport. The staff are friendly and the facilities in the room are complete. However, the equipment is older and the breakfast varieties are not Western-style.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was large and bright. We had a lovely lake view. The breakfast was quite good with several Western options. We loved the hot springs area - good selection of hot tubs in a beautiful forest-like area, peaceful and relaxing experience. We were impressed with the number of English speaking staff in the hotel and how nice and helpful they were to us. The price of the hotel is another bonus, extremely cost-effective hotel. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone.
