When we went to the front desk, a staff member who called himself "Boss" asked for more cash to get the same room, and then we tried again. After confirming the previous order, the staff immediately became angry and said that there was no room, and asked us to cancel it ourselves through trip.com and leave. We said that this order cannot be canceled, and the staff said that he would not care and it was none of his business. Anyway, now There is no room. During the dispute, an old couple entered the hotel, paid ¥60,000 in cash and obtained a key card, which showed that the employee had no integrity and that their reservation was not guaranteed. After wasting more than an hour, with the help of another staff member, the male staff reluctantly handed over the room card for room 808, and said that a 3-month-old baby would have to pay extra, but there was a card at the front desk. There is no additional charge for children under 7 years old! At the end of the communication, the staff insulted me with "**** up" and Korean swear words (ZxOM), and refused to tell me the details of the breakfast. All the above are true and true, and they are not false. They are the worst I have ever experienced in the world. Experience! As for the room, the facilities are OK, but the bed is a bit hard and the hygiene is average

Picasso came to Korea for the first time in a long time due to the coronavirus and came to visit his friends from the East Sea and stayed there. I planned to stay for 2 nights, but ended up staying 3 nights. All facilities are clean and spotless. I don't know when I will come to Korea again, but this is a place I want to come again.

It was nice because it was located in the busiest area in the East Sea. The room's cleanliness and amenities were perfect, and the styler was good. Plus, the breakfast was good. If I had to pick a fault, it was that the bed was too hard and it wasn't a comfortable place to sleep.
