民宿衞生整潔，一次性用品齊全，周邊配套完善，前面大海是馬鑾灣海邊沙灘，可以游泳和趕海，玩得很開心，趕海收穫拿到樓下海鮮大排檔加工，味道鮮甜

民宿陽台可以看海景日出，床是榻榻米很舒服，裝修是奶黃色很温馨，適合親友在海邊度假，門口有海鮮排擋和租車，動車站直達民宿，交通很方便。

民宿門口是海邊沙灘，好多人在這游泳，入住房門是密碼鎖，相對安全，房費適中，老闆服務不錯，發了遊玩攻略，位置很好找，導航可以直接到。

位置在馬鑾灣海邊沙灘浴場，房間陽台可以看大海，服務態度好，動車站公交車直達民宿門口，樓下有出租電瓶車和美食

首先，價格多少不要緊。衹要求它衞生要跟上～廁所是堵了的，沖了好多次才勉強沖下去。有一盞燈是不怎麼亮的，都差壞的程度了。説是海景日出房，真的沒半毛錢關係。衞生死角很多，廁所一進去也是臟的，杯子有茶漬，桌子都是抹布的水漬，看起來就是臟臟的。水壺也是壞的電視機能看的那台歪歪扭扭，而且開個電視賊麻煩，很難操作。有一説一，這裏的位置是不錯的，很近沙灘。但如果你告訴我，圖文符合的話，價格貴一點，幾百元，沒關係，能接受，可是你不能掛羊頭賣豬肉，照片好好看，裏面一團糟真的很失望！！！

衞生：沒有圖片那那麼好看，衞生正常打掃，但是沒有介紹説的那樣每天打掃
環境：風大時候呼呼作響，房間門瘋狂響動，晚上有點唬人
服務：全程沒有見到人，東西這邊缺，那邊缺
設備：還好
整體不大滿意，但是天氣好直接可以看日出，這個是最滿意的，最完美

房間實拍圖視頻和描述一樣，躺在床上看大海，陽台正面看海和日出日落，吹着微微海風，很棒的海景房。衞生很滿意，一次性用品配備齊全，有提供了三日遊攻略，趕海、帆船、潛水、快艇等水上項目都體驗過了，下次再來還會選擇這家民宿

民宿為現代清新風格，暖風不失檔次！有獨立大陽台看海景日出日落，吹着海風，聽着浪聲。位置優越在海邊，步行可到沙灘，門口方便停車，有公交車站，東山島15路公交車直達民宿，到景區南門灣、南嶼雙面海、燈塔、蘇峯山、金鑾灣、馬鑾灣等路程幾分鐘都可到，價格適中，物有所值，性價比高
