The breakfast is also good. The owner is very enthusiastic. Compare this area Quiet, you have to rent an electric car and a commissary downstairs. It is really better than the popular accommodation in Nanmen Bay, Tongling Town, Jinluang Bay. I don’t recommend staying in Maluan Bay after reading the guide, but this one is really good. The service attitude of the hotel is okay, the room environment is average, the surrounding environment of the hotel is relatively broken, there are construction sites everywhere, the environment is very dusty, and the construction site is particularly noisy throughout the night. If you want to pursue the environment, don't live in Maluan Bay. The overall situation is not very good.

On May Day, I went out with my friends. I booked a three-bedroom and one-living room with a large terrace suite. You can see the sea directly. After 3 minutes walk from Maluan Bay, you can take a small train to Jinluang Bay. With breakfast, the hotel staff has a very good service attitude. The door was closed by the wind twice, and they came to open the door patiently. It was a pleasant trip!

挺好的，面朝大海，春暖花開，距離沙灘50米，走路就能到，距離別的景點也很近，安靜舒適，早上起來陽台就能看海上日出。

價格實惠位置很好，陽台景觀不錯，直麪大海，老闆也很熱情。但是衞生堪憂，洗手間淋浴房牆壁地面都黑了。如果是別墅户型更方便。

房間非常大，應該陽台正對着大海，於是我又多住了一晚。

衞生還是可以的，阿姨還幫忙下樓帶路，不過這個價格住公寓性價比不算高，還有就是電梯太少，遊客太多，素質真不敢恭維

可能是來的時間是春節，體驗真的很差，一度讓我想馬上離開東山島。大年初二到了東山島就是來的這個酒店，由於沒有提前訂房，我們是三個家庭來的，他們兩家五分鐘前下的協程訂房併到了酒店，我晚五分鐘（開車先後），店家聽他們説還有一個要過來，馬上就開始套路了。我協程下了訂單成功付款後。隔了兩分鐘馬上自動退款了。隨後我們到了酒店。老闆説這個價格不行了。推介我們住旁邊的商品房。隨後協程，去哪兒的價格馬上改變了。由於兩家已經住了，知道我們不可能改地方。被迫下了一個比之前訂單成功然後被退房貴了70多的一個房間（452元之前370多），然後看到老闆手機點了入住，才知道之前他説都是平台原因全部是套路。剛來就套路，我真的不想再呆在這個地方了。房間隔音比較差，酒店老闆很晚還在樓下打麻將，很吵。房間是很小的電熱水器，冬天不建議來，一個澡都洗不完，洗澡都要間隔半小時一個，還必須快。房間硬件設施不怎麼樣。隔海近不如房間好，還不如市中心找好一點的酒店，更實惠，沒套路，房間更好。
