The rooms were quite dated, but clean enough. The hotel breakfast, however, was really disappointing – the selection was very limited, and the taste was only mediocre. Staff were polite and efficient, but didn't go above and beyond. Considering it's a four-star hotel, it's an okay choice if you manage your expectations and just need a place to sleep.

The ambiance is pleasant, featuring a huge courtyard right at the entrance. The facilities are very well-equipped. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the room itself was spotless.

Absolutely perfect! The hotel lobby was absolutely opulent, and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They even provided a charging cable and Yunnan Baiyao spray – such a thoughtful and considerate gesture. The room itself was spotless, comfortable, and very spacious. Excellent value for money! Five stars, highly recommend!

Whenever we needed anything, a quick call had a robot delivering it to our room. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and the private dining rooms in the restaurant were spacious and elegant. Definitely recommend!

Check-in was incredibly fast. The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and spacious. Parking at the hotel was convenient. The front desk staff were warm and friendly; they thoughtfully arranged adjoining rooms for us, which was perfect for looking after the children. I was here for a friend's wedding. The room was decent, and the restaurant was quite good. The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful, warm, and friendly. My friend forgot the red envelope, and she even went out of her way to get a red envelope cover from our car for me. I'm truly grateful for her assistance. I'd definitely return given the chance.

Right outside, you'll find an amazing array of restaurants offering everything from stir-fries and grilled fish to lobster and hotpot. You can even grab a hot late-night meal well into the early morning hours. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and friendly during check-in, and they even recommended a fantastic local BBQ spot that's popular with residents. The attention to detail in their service was absolutely top-notch! I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit.
