MAISON NEW CENTURY

We were traveling to Hengdian with our elderly children and family. We were light sleepers and didn't want to stay in a scenic area, so we chose Kaiyuan, which we found quite pleasant. However, the scenic area is over a half-hour drive away. Facilities: Newly opened, the amenities are well-matched for this price range, with everything you need. The hotel also has a laundry room, which is even better with room service—it's a real plus in the summer. Cleanliness: Cleaning was meticulous, and the maid even folded our clothes. Ambient: River view, surrounded by residential areas, not noisy. Service: Excellent. We even gave our children mooncakes during our National Day stay. I especially want to praise the hotel's restaurant: generous portions, delicious food, and excellent service.

The sanitation is poor. When I arrived at the room, I found hair on the bed. I changed the room. In the other room, there was a curly hair on the pillow. It was disgusting. Kaiyuan can't even maintain such sanitation now. The shower head is also broken, and water is flying everywhere. This is the first time I have encountered such a Kaiyuan. It was a very bad experience. It is recommended to choose carefully.

A relatively new hotel in Dongyang, with two floors of underground parking, but limited parking spaces. The hotel lobby is on the 7th floor with a food delivery robot. Breakfast is also on the 7th floor and the breakfast is average. There is a gym and laundry room on the 8th floor. The room is quite spacious and the window can be opened a little. There is nothing in the refrigerator in the room. Only two bottles of water and one roll of toilet paper are given. It feels like the room service is very stingy.

The service is too bad, I recommend you not to choose it.
