酒店是庭院式建築，園林式特色環境清幽舒適，酒店大堂門口就有兩顆開滿花的海棠樹，芳香撲鼻，使人身心愉悦，大堂設計精緻、陳設別具一格，黃河口文化氣息濃厚；服務方面恰到好處，特別是大堂經理賈月紅每一個服務細節都做得非常到位，態度非常好，下雨天要去車上拿行李，主動幫忙打傘送到車上協助我們收拾行李拿到房間，看到我們帶着2歲寶寶需要沖奶粉，特意送來了小童洗漱用品、保温壺，還有小玩具，她的服務、微笑給我們留下了深刻印象！酒店的房間寬敞舒適、整潔乾淨，沒有任何異味，休息得很好，早餐選擇豐富，品種多樣，味道也非常美味，總之性價比超高，物超所值！

酒店綠化環境很不錯，鮮花點綴，空氣清新，讓人身心愉悦，房間設施完善寬、視野開闊，非常舒適。大堂經理賈月紅服務態度真誠，主動貼心，不厭其煩地為我處理事情，由於我的粗心大意，把背包落到了酒店客休區沙發上，小賈主動幫忙找到，並檢查跟我確認好是否有遺漏，最後特意安排快遞員幫忙上門取件做郵寄，確認好上門時間、寄件碼等相關細節，真是非常感謝，為她的專業服務精神點贊👍藍海酒店有這樣的員工，讓人住得安心又放心，以後都會選擇藍海國際，良心推薦！
