Perfect location to visit the Christmas Market. Online check in possibility is convenient but only if the machine to give out the key card works properly. We had to go to the receptionist after errors on the screen so it did not save us time. There was no water cooker in the room but this was solved by the reception. Be careful though when pouring it tends to leak heavily and I got boiling water on my leg. In the room above us were children running around and screaming which made the experience less enjoyable but this is not something the hotel can be held responsible for and is lack of supervision by the parents.

The hotel is very close to the Main Station (opposite). The square is busy, but the rooms are quite quiet. The hotel is new. Modern and comfortable room design.

We really liked the room. There was also a mini fridge in the room, a kettle with tea or coffee or water, very clean and the bed was super comfortable, you can't complain and the breakfast was sufficient. Unfortunately I was only there for one day for the Borussia Dortmund game but I would definitely stay again. I would recommend this hotel, it's right near the train station, great
