The hotel is very good, the first time I booked the suite is good, the second time because I did not book a business room, I found that the business room orientation is the front of the hotel, the standard room orientation is close to the high speed on the back of the hotel, but the sound insulation is not too noisy, hotel parking If the indoors are 20 euros, the open-air gate is 10 euros, and there is a parking lot next to the hotel's open-air parking lot. It is 7 euros, but this parking seems to be unattended. The first afternoon to go there, I did not see the management staff. A cabin was closed. After checking out the next morning, I saw that someone was waiting to collect the money. It felt like it was cheap but not safe.

I was a guest at the German Comic Con Limited Edition event at Westfallenhalle. The hotel is perfectly placed for the Centre as it is just a short walk away. I stayed in room 411 for two nights The room overlooks a busy road so you get the noise of traffic only when you open the window. The room was super clean and comfortable The air conditioning which was much needed during the heatwave was very effective - I had to turn it off! The bathroom is well lit with a walk in shower. In the morning there was an extensive breakfast buffet with a variety of cheeses, yoghurt, fresh fruit and a hot plate with bacon and eggs ..

Nice hotel in a nice location on the outskirts of Schwerte. The reception is well laid out, staff are attentive and rooms are clean and functional. My only grip is that, there is no blinds in the bathroom so when the sun comes up, it wakes you up irrespective of whether the curtains are closed or not. There is a great pub a hundred metre down the road, and has some fantastic meals available.

It’s really a shame… this hotel is mostly totally fine, and I love that it was so convenient to the train station. But the beds are AWFUL. I mean *bad*. It’s like sleeping on top of a table… so hard, I’d wake up with numb fingers, hands, and feet. The pillows filled with crumbly material deflate immediately as well, making it just impossible to get a good night of sleep. It’s a shame, really!

The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well. The lady helped me alot when I was down from health. A nice business hotel in the heart of Dortmund. I have enjoyed my stay for 5 days.

When I went there happened to be an exhibition, the location was very good, very close to the subway and the city center, the room was obviously just renovated, the smell is a bit, so the window is open during the day, I think I will stay again next time . In short, the city is very small, and this hotel is cost-effective.

Dear readers, as unsatisfactory guest, I would like to share my experience in this hotel. First of all, I must say that the central location of the hotel is positive. I also liked the impressive hall of red marble in the eastern style. My room on the 5th floor was pleasantly large and offered a good view of the city. Unfortunately, this is the hotel at the crossing of two main roads. This means that the traffic around the clock is very strong and especially at night when the Poser scene tries her PS-stark cars, I was always wake up at night. Also the equipment is simple and has come into the years. The garden fell to me immediately when hearing, because the holder was defect and it was no longer fitted. The very bright room was also a big problem because I could hear any noise from the neighbouring rooms. The breakfast was a great disappointment, as low-quality goods were used, the cheapest available on the market. All in all, this was the last time I stayed in this hotel. On the second day I went to a bakery in the morning. Unfortunately, I can't make a recommendation for this hotel and advise potential guests to look after a better option. Very nice hotel, wonderful rooms, large, spacious and stylish, with terrace. Very clean. Free car parking. Location of the hotel is not far from city center. Staff at reception was really helpful and professional. Everything was great! The only things I didn't like were: no fridge in the room and small bathroom.
