The overall experience was excellent. The front desk staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping team was also very attentive to any requests. My only suggestion would be for breakfast to be included, as €9 per person felt a bit expensive as an optional extra.

Excellent and friendly service. Good parking and convenient metro access. Superb breakfast and a pleasant dining area. We highly recommend it to everyone.

Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Parking incluido y con espacio. Depende de a dónde vayas puede estar mal ubicado si quieres ir a Sevilla, aunque pillas el cercanías no muy lejos. Si vas a algo en Dos Hermanas, bien.

En general, contentos. El bufet del desayuno un poco escaso para un hotel de 4 estrellas.

La atención excelente, todo el Personal atento y muy amable. La ubicación no sé valorarla.

We are municipal cleaning staff, and the manager is a ****** and classist individual. She tells the reception staff to kick us out of the hotel just for wearing our cleaning uniforms. She also denies us access to certain facilities and even forbids us from buying anything in the outdoor reception area, all because we are cleaning staff. This is despite us sweeping the sidewalks and parking lot for her. She simply doesn't like the 'image' our cleaning uniforms create for the hotel. She is also very overbearing and abusive towards her own employees. I will never recommend anyone to stay here, as this manager, with her self-importance due to her position, believes she is better than those of us who perform this public service. I am sharing this so that this individual will not make any colleague or anyone else feel inferior again. What goes up must come down, and karma truly exists. One day, a relative of hers or even she herself could find themselves in our shoes, experiencing firsthand the pain of being belittled at this stage of life simply for being cleaning staff and not wearing a business suit. The receptionists themselves are truly charming people, but they are forced to clean up her messes. However, even though I sweep floors, I am educated and know how to assert myself and exercise my rights. It's a true pity for this hotel to have such an individual as a manager. The City Council and my own supervisors are already aware of the humiliating and abusive treatment this manager has inflicted upon us.

Nice jazz music playing in the reception area. There was a very friendly receptionist, named Laura. The room was very comfortable and modern. Convenient parking for free outside and in the private parking garage too. There are a few eating options in the area at walking distance.

The shower was awful, and breakfast was very poor. I stayed for two days. On the first day, I went down quite early, and they didn't even have fresh orange juice (which is pretty standard even in a basic guesthouse), and there were very few options. The next day, I arrived at 10:28 AM, and it was already closed. I asked the staff if I could grab something, but despite my insistence, she was very rude. She told me it was closed and that everything had already been put away, even though it was exactly 10:30 AM.
