The Town House

Stayed here for TT week and couldn't have asked for a better base. The room was beautiful with stunning views over the promenade, and the location is perfect — 10 minutes walk to the Grandstand and everything Douglas has to offer. What really stood out was the service from Jon. We arrived early before check-in and he personally messaged us just a few hours later to let us know our room was ready — three hours ahead of schedule, with our luggage already moved in. When the racing was cancelled due to weather, he even offered us a discounted extra night so we'd have a chance to catch the races. That kind of genuine hospitality is rare. Unlucky with the weather this year, but The Town House made the trip worthwhile regardless. Will absolutely be back for TT 2027. 10/10

Our apartment is perfect—extremely clean, with beautiful sea views, and a well-equipped kitchen that has everything we need. We always feel very welcome thanks to Jon, and we are already looking forward to coming back again soon.”

Great location and in close proximity to The Strand - Douglas' shopping area. The Hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable. Our room was well supplied with basic kitchen amenities for preparing basic meals. Laundry and fitness facilities were more than sufficient in meeting our needs. We cannot thank Katya for all of her help in getting us settled and for making our stay comfortable including having basic grocery staples were provided for our arrival to get us started. Katya provided information on convenient parking, ideas on where to grocery shop, restaurant choices etc. Also, Katya was very responsive to our questions and/or requests. The Town House had a family atmosphere though we rarely saw the other guests - quiet. Well maintained and clean - thank you to the maintenance and housekeeping team for immediately addressing any of our questions.

Spotless rooms. Codes sent in advance. Lovely choice of extras with plenty of choice. Quiet building. Great views.

4 night stay for first visit to the Isle. Perfect position for the ferry and other transport links

Beautiful view over the bay We stayed one night at the Town House as we had an early ferry the next day. The hotel manager allowed us to check in early with no extra charge so we could leave our bags and go exploring for the rest of the day. The two room suite had fantastic views into the bay and we enjoyed a bit of a relax after eating out just sitting and watching people walking along the Promenade. Would have been happy to have stayed a day or two longer.

Elegant peaceful and quiet. Close to shopping and ferry terminal. Apt 6 is my favourite the view is wonderful. Furnishings are so comfortable Congrats to the cleaning team the apt is spotless A huge thank you Magda for the heater. I knew you were so busy but you took the time for me and I am grateful 🙏
