This hotel was dirty and old also far from everything. The reception staff was incredibly impolite. They gave us a room very far from the elevator, and when we finally arrived, the key card didn’t work. I had to drag all my luggage back to the reception desk. The receptionist reset the card without even apologizing. The rudest part was that she wrote the room number on a piece of paper again, acting as if it were my mistake! The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is the variety of fruits at breakfast. So, if you are planning to book this hotel, do it only for the fruits.

Real let down took 3 room moves to find a room that was fit for occupation

All good value for money and great location. Great addition having a casino on site.

Room was a little old fashioned but clean. Location is good as well.

This hotel was supposed to be a 4 star in would rate it 2 at best. All the carpets are threadbare very unclean the hotel is very outdated upon booking a asked both rooms to be near lift one not to bad the other was nearly at the other end only do rooms service every 3 days pretty bad for a 4 star will never stay again

Perfect location great service food was excellent

The hotel was clean, though tired looking. No or very little signage outside to say it was there. Staff were friendly and polite. Would definitely go back.

Sadly I cannot recommend this place at all due to a serious mold issue in our room, not spotted until the last day of our trip. Could be many rooms like this. This is not safe for life
