Regency Hotel

A very nice hotel with all the amenities and very close to the manx electric railway terminus.

Lovely hotel, home from home and very relaxed environment!

Room was outdated and very tired. Poor windows allowing cold in. Food at LaTable was poor, especially vegetarian, not enough for the price, both nights. Left feeling hungry so stocked up last night so had food in our rooms. Won’t return.

Le Table restaurant was pleasant enough, staff nice, food, many choices but several in our party complained about food being sparse. Had to make up our dish with several side dishes. Honestly, was hungry by the time we got home and had a sandwich. We don’t mind paying for a decent meal but very meagre on portions.

Had dinner at La Table at The Regency and it was exceptional. We were there to honour my late mum's birthday as she used to work at the hotel many years ago. It was a really special night, the restaurant has real old world style luxury, the food was amazing and the staff were absolutely lovely, with a level of professionalism you rarely see these days. They made a sad night really special for us. Will definitely eat here again next time we are in the Isle of Man.

The Regency Hotel is a gem. It's a traditional, clean, well maintained hotel with friendly helpful staff and excellent facilities. We completely enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back again. Our room was large, clean, quiet and well equipped and we were very comfortable. Every one of the staff we saw were friendly, professional and helpful. The breakfast was generous, well served and well presented. Parking was on street but we never had a problem finding a space near the hotel and this was not an issue (our stay was in mid-June). The hotel is situated right on the promenade and close to many of the attractions. I would definitely recommend the Regency Hotel for your holiday.

Great traditional English style hotel with great service and good traditional breakfast. The locally smoked kippers are highly recommended to try for breakfast. Easy connections to bus, tram and train services and the view to the beach are great also from the hotel room.

Best hotel on the Promenade. Elegant, dark wood, beautiful artwork. Clean rooms. Nice restaurant and bar. Claire, Tim & Tony run a top notch hotel. Love it. ❤️ Jack is an ace in the bar and restaurant 👌. Only slight 'complaint' I can imagine is, They should offer better pillows or different types, goose or foam would've been better than current pillows. Would highly recommend.

We have recently come home from a four night break and can highly recommend this hotel. It was ideally situated at the far end of the promenade with the harbour being the opposite end. It was spotlessly clean in all areas and the staff very helpful and friendly. The quality of the food was superb and our first night dinner of three courses for thirty pounds was exceptional value and quality in choice and presentation. The bedrooms were spacious with plentiful storage and surface areas for toiletries. The bathroom immaculate and good quality towels and plentiful hot water and good water pressure. The beds were comfortable and fresh milk was available on request for tea and coffee making.
