I was greeted upon my arrival at My Place Hotel. The hotel staff was always professional and courteous. I would most definitely recommend My Place Hotel to everyone for a comfortable stay and My Place Hotel is centrally located to everything.

One employee will switch you in and out of rooms and give your room away to another also if you have food and drinks in there because your still checked in to that room and coming back they will throw away your items and when you tell the front desk nothing will be done and you will be asked to provide receipts when you had already threw them in the trash and then housekeeping will start doing things like taking the bathroom trash can placing it on the table and putting your ice cup in front of the trash can and stay petty like that. Lila will ask you to your face if your checking out and you say no and she will still check you out and you lose your room and when given another room it will have pet paw marks on the walls not good for allergies. Not so kind at all.

Courteous staff, clean comfortable room, grounds well maintained, I enjoyed my stay. Special shout out for Sammy 😁 the grilling area was wonderful for extended stay in house laundry room another great item for extended stay when away from home in an extended stay situation myplace exceeded all my needs

The pillows are incredible! The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Shuttle service is excellent and the bar b que areas in the back saw a lot of use! Clean and comfortable, close to food and Walmart and Kroger for needed items. Kitchens in most rooms makes staying here very nice and easy. Definitely looking forward to another stay when I am in the area!

Rakiem, along with their entire staff was very helpful with checking in, shuttle arrangement and room discrepancies. I talked to Rakiem and le him know my shower wasn’t working. By the time I returned from running errands my shower was complete. The cleaning staff are hard workers with high ethics that have always kept my rooms cleaned with love and care. This hotel has a very high professionalism in managing this hotel and tending to its guest. This place should certainly be the model for other hotels in the region. Thank you for a great stay.

For a budget hotel the bathrooms are really nice , nice size room (double room I have) I have 0 complaints about this place , front desk lady (Sept 4th 6pm) is amazing and her positivity courage came me to make this review and I only every made 2 reviews in my life , overall customer service was through the roof

I was very pleased with my stay. Mr. Terence, Tiara, and Chelsea were very pleasant and accommodating to everyone needs. Tiara made sure fresh coffee was made every morning. Chelsea made sure we get our breakfast the night before. I want to say Terence trained his employees well!! Thank you Terence for a very pleasant stay at your hotel.

Exceptionally clean. The young man at the desk was most helpful with getting our breakfast order because I could not get the app for using the hashtag to work on my phone.
