We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. A bit noisy due to some works being done. We tried the sauna and we had a great experience. We were visited mostly by birds in our window. We did not order food but they have a lovely restaurant in the lobby. Overall the location and the room was fantastic.

Booked a single room, and it was nicer than I expected! The bathroom is very clean. I used the spa facility briefly. The staff were very helpful in getting me towels, bathrobes and slippers. Various fast food restaurants available 10 minutes walk away Dovercliff entrance is around 25 minute walk away.

High quality . All services that needs in the room for a 4 *hotel and quality. Location best, on the beachfront. Facilities, not found on an other 4* hotel for the amount you pay!

Compared with several other British hotels I have stayed at in the past two months, this one has the best value for money. The room is big, sea view room, you can watch the sunrise. The heating is sufficient, clean and has a hot water kettle. Baiya can be reached by walking in half an hour.
