I’ve been booking this hotel when it was a Marriott for last 2.5 years. Very impressed on how overnight that Hampton staff improved the customer experience. Now exceptional coffee in the lobby all day and free parking. Often it is these simple basics that can keep consumers from shopping elsewhere. Well done! May be back next week.

Love this place very beautiful indoor/ outdoor pool area with hot tub, room are cleaned and comfortable, first desk agent Shirley was very helpful and knowledgeable about area surrounding the hotel , manager Stephanie is always available to assist you with your needs and questions

Mae, the desk host is amazing along with the African American girl that was working late on New Year’s Eve on 12/30/2023 who helped me get allergy medication. Our room was very well clean and met our expectations. The only reason why I did not give full starts on property conditions was because the pool staff closed the pool early and the pool floor felt like it need to be fix because you actually feel pieces on your feet along with the hot tub. But overall our stay was amazing and no bed bugs or anything of the sort! I definitely recommend staying here and will be staying here again. My son and I were satisfied! & Happy New Year!

We had a nice stay over Christmas. This hotel really did their best with hospitality - even things out of their control like the pool not working and elevator out of order was handled very professionally. They went out of their way to make the lobby look beautiful and welcoming for families traveling over the holidays .

It was a pleasure staying at this property. The staff was amazingly polite, friendly, service oriented and encouraging. The free breakfast is the best I've ever experienced. I used to not like going to this property due to the lack of quality service, but it has totally transformed in a positive way since it's become a Hampton Inn.

The hotel swinger from a Marriot to a Hilton! They truly downgraded. Maybe once renovations are done it’ll be better. We didn’t even stay all night, we decided to come home

The staff at the hotel were friendly and very pleasant and the check-in process was easy. The room was very spacious and had a living room area. Two televisions are in the room as well as a microwave and mini refrigerator. The bed was extremely comfortable. They offer complimentary breakfast. The only cons I experienced were finding a dead fly on the floor and the toliet tissue rack was loose. Overall, I had a peaceful stay and the area is very safe and quiet. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping centers near the hotel. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling, planning a staycation, or need a quick getaway with their family and/or spouse. Don’t think twice, just book the hotel!

I love the staff very professional and friendly the manager Stephanie and shawn always greet you with smile , very helpful and knowledgeable about the area of the hotel and always around to assisted with anything you need.
