Hôtel de très belle apparence, bien entretenu et superbement décoré pour la période de Noël. Il se situe à proximité de la grande plage. Le personnel à la réception est accueillant, souriant et disponible. Nous avons bénéficié d'une offre avec. Petit déjeuner et dîner pour 2 personnes. La salle de repas est spacieuse, nous ne mangeons pas juste à côté de l'assiette du voisin. Les chambres sont propres, bien aménagées ainsi que la salle de bain attention cependant, je pense que nous étions dans une chambre économique au 2 ème étage sans ascenseur... Pas de soucis pour nous mais les escaliers sont assez raides , donc attention pour certaines personnes. Le Petit déjeuner est un des points forts de l'hôtel, bcp de choix et varié. Pour le dîner, nous avions sélectionné un vin espagnol de la cuvée Fletcher et dans aucun regret Alors vient le point négatif de notre séjour... 3 jeunes femmes(filles) s'occupent et de la réception et du service. On est gentiment accueilli pour le dîner, là la table que nous choisissons n'est pas propre, nous patientons ... La jeune fille nous apporte les carteS, je lui fais remarquer et elle réagit directement. Nous prenons commande de l'apéro qui se fait attendre pendant de longues minutes... Finalement mon mari voit notre plateau , se déplace lui même au bar et ses glaçons sont fondus dans son rhum.... Il redemande des glaçons, mais déception, le rhum a pris le goût de l'eau 😞 La jeune fille remarque que nous nous sommes déplacés pour les boissons et nous apporte le vin, là, surpris, elle nous présente du vin blanc... Après expliquations elle trouve et nous apporte la bonne bouteille. Arrivent directement les plats, apportés par le chef auquel nous faisons remarquer que nous n'avons ni couverts, ni serviettes... Le repas terminé, pas de réaction et c'est nous qui demandons que la table soit débarrassée... Nous terminons le repas par un pousse café, rien a signaler pour cette partie. Nous avons bien mangé et avons passé un beau weekend, nous y retournerons sûrement mais quelle déception face à cette mauvaise gestion due à du personnel inexpérimenté et désorganisé....

The staff very friendly room change because of unlockable interdoor without problems, even into a much more comfortable apartment without a surcharge ! The location is OK to recommend walking to the beach or the supermarket only as a good pedestrian. Breakfast is rich and balanced. However, it is not given to the price. The cleanness of the room, however, is limited. strong spot on the floor and on the walls, balcony door not closed completely, spot on the walls and gardens actually to dispose. There are many corners where you should renew and repair something again. The spa area solarium and steam bath during the stay was defect. The whole area was apparently not cleaned over the day no more cups for water and disorder. overfylded wash bags ect. With your own cups it is possible ;) The price is not very cheap and it makes you feel that there's more. However, there are many small things that do not lead to what you can't get back. It was very nice days, there remains a feeling of damage there you could get with a little more difficult tribal guests. We're trying something else next time, but if nothing is there would come back. Sorry, much potential.
