5/5PerfectA beautiful hotel, very friendly staff, helpful, the reception is occupied at any time. The breakfast was very good, very good, also here very careful staff, friendly, careful. The location is perfect, beautiful for long walks along the Elbe. The centre and the old town are walking to a good reach. The cleanness of our room was very good. We thank you, for a wonderful short holiday that we could make even more perfect thanks to your borrowed bikes . We're happy to come back :)

4/5Very GoodIt is said that the hotel name has not been The Westin Dresden, but it has been quite a long time since it changed to BILDBERG. It was uncomfortable to walk about 15-20 minutes from the tourist center and there were no shops or restaurants around. The room is small and the bathroom is large. The facilities are old overall. Breakfast was ok.

5/5PerfectThe hotel environment is very good, the location is good, just by the bridge. The front desk staff was very welcoming. Check-in was only possible after 3 pm, but we arrived at 12 o'clock. We can store our luggage first, go out to eat and come back. You can also continue to store your luggage after check-out. Very good stay experience.
