The room is overall good, clean and tidy, with a bathtub and shower. However, the shower door does not close tightly and water will leak during the shower. In addition, the front desk service cannot be considered five-star. Foreign five-star hotels will not require a deposit to be locked when checking in, but this hotel requires a deposit of 200, which is very unreasonable. Secondly, the check-in process was slow. Maybe there was something wrong with the machine at that time, and it took a long time to scan the ID but failed. Finally, there is no valet parking for parking. Overall, I feel it is only 4 stars. However, this is indeed the case for hotels in Dubai. The quality of four- and five-star hotels is a bit uneven. If the requirements are not high, this hotel is still a good choice.
