The service was outstanding, Munirah and every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful recommendations for local attractions, their attention to detail was impressive. The location of the hotel is also unbeatable. It’s conveniently situated close to Malls of Emirates and transportation hubs making it easy to explore the city. It is a nice place and near MRT. If you bring stroller for kids, it will be quite challenging as the side road is not even. Overall, the hotel is nice to stay.

Very nice and quiet place. The room is very big ,clean and beautiful. The bed is wide and very comfortable. Everywhere there are restaurants and supermarkets. 5 minutes walk from Mall of the Emirates. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Room is very good and clean, and facilities also good and very polite service staff, I was here for a 2 days and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay over that time. The rooms are spacious enough and comfortable and also comes with your own balcony.

Bathroom Had An Odd Smell. MAYBE from the Sink Drain. Atleast My Room Had A Balcony So I Open It For Better Ventilation

Positive: Relatively clean simple room there is something to eat around as well as the mall. Negative a little far from the metro. We arrived around 10:30 p.m. we asked for a non-smoking room it turns out that ours smelled of cold tobacco we called to change rooms, the receptionist said he was arriving but took more than 45 minutes. Then we changed rooms of course we are a couple and booked a king size bed which when entering the sheets were 2 beds stuck together. The shower I took, 3 minutes of hot water then after it was cold so women for our hair imagine ending up in cold water in the evening. In terms of sound insulation you can hear the street downstairs fortunately the curtains are blackout to reduce them. For one night it is passable for a stay no thanks.
