The apartments themselves are fine, but the service and maintenance are simply terrible. For example, I asked for a towel eight times during my entire stay at this hotel, but the staff always told me they couldn't give me one because they weren't supposed to. When I really got mad, they said, "Okay, we'll send one to your room now..." and, as you might suspect, naturally, no one ever sent me anything. Also, despite Trip.com stating there's a hairdryer, cleaning service, and water, there's none of that, and again, our lovely staff says they won't give you anything because it's an apartment. Unfortunately, instead of being treated normally and having a peaceful stay, you feel like you owe everyone, like you're in the wrong place, and generally unwelcome. I thought even a minor issue with a towel wasn't worth the bad treatment, but unfortunately, the staff thinks otherwise. I also had cockroaches in my room a couple of times, which I had to deal with.
I liked their pool; it's beautiful.
The overall impression is that someone created this hotel just for show; even the most basic necessities, like a towel, require a fight to get. It's certainly ridiculous and cringe-worthy.
