When I approached the front desk to ask for access to the surveillance footage, they ignored my request. It is truly bizarre that there are thieves at the Bvlgari Hotel. What's even more bizarre is that after I reported the incident to the police and they came to my room, they just walked around, ate the chocolates in the room, and then left without offering any help. The hotel refuses to provide access to the surveillance footage or any investigative assistance. Paying 7000 RMB for one night at a hotel and experiencing such treatment is absolutely disgusting. Furthermore, the hotel is infested with various cockroaches and ants. It's just too terrible.

As expected from BVLGARI, everything was luxurious and amazing! It coincided with Ramadann in Dubai and I was able to have many valuable experiences! I highly recommend it!

I happily spent my 29th birthday at the Bulgari Hotel and Resort in Dubai. The hotel provided welcome juice when I checked in. Very bad!!! We left the hotel on the 1st. We forgot to take my daughter's two chinchilla dolls because we had already left for Abu Dhabi. We called the hotel to help find them. We called twice and said we had to wait for a reply, but we didn't get a reply. They ignored us. We returned to Dubai on the 5th today and immediately went to the hotel to ask. Of course, we didn't find them after so many days. The hotel's feedback mechanism is too poor. There was no reply for three or four days. Would it be easier to find them if we looked for them immediately? When we asked at the hotel, they also acted as if the two dolls were not important. My daughter has been with her since she was a child. They are very important to her, otherwise they wouldn't call and go to the hotel to ask. They suspected that we didn't call (showed them the call records) and said that my domestic phone number couldn't be dialed. It's all nonsense. The phone and email address were registered when we checked in, but they said they couldn't be dialed at this time. Also, the hotel facilities say that there is snorkeling, but there is none at all. Don't be fooled. They say that you have to go to Four Seasons to have it. Don't write about it. Staying in Bulgari and going to Four Seasons facilities is really rare. I thought it was available at that time, so I booked this hotel. The beach is very small and the breakfast is very average. It's not that the utensils are beautiful, but everything is delicious. Don’t be misled by Xiaohongshu, it’s full of advertisements.

This is my second time staying at Bulgari Dubai. It is very quiet. I encountered some minor problems this year. At first, the room card could not be swiped. Later, I changed the room and the escape door had a minor problem, but they were all solved. A Chinese girl in charge of the Asia-Pacific region came to the room to apologize, gave gifts, and arranged a free spa and an Italian seafood dinner worth 2,000 dirhams. The service was really good. Today, after changing from Bulgari to Royal Atria, it is hard to describe.

As much as I expected, I was disappointed. It was not as good as the online reviews said, and there were not so many gifts. Not to mention the service, the front desk had no sense of service at all.
