From location to reception, to the room size and amenities to the cleanliness, i find this place very much beyond my expectation.
The subway is only a few steps away and there supermarkets, money changers, laundry and restaurants around it.
For somebody who still a few more eeeks to go in Dubai, i find the stay truly satisfying.

Everything was good the locations, the staff behavior and room. However, the only -ve thing was they provided worn out bath towel.

The hotel is not worth the price, and the sanitation is very poor. The main reason is that I can't sleep well, it's noisy, and the subway entrance needs a detour.

During my 7-day stay, the sauna and jacuzzi facilities were never repaired, despite being out of order the entire time. Additionally, the revolving door at reception was broken. There was also a noticeable lack of staff at reception, which led to long waiting times and a poor guest experience.
