Fairmont the Palm Reviews

I wouldn’t advise you to come here it’s beautiful from the outside but the rooms are very out dated. Plug sockets don’t work properly, we visited 3 hotels during our trip and I wouldn’t even claim I stayed here! Location is amazing but , I did get a basic room and suite maybe better…the hotel need a major upgrade.

Luxury hotel in the Palm. Rooms very clean, spacious. Lobby with bar serving also fast food and any kind of drink. Splendid swimming pool very large. Sea food restaurant with menu very rich of several varieties of food, wines and spirits. Barber shop inside which does also nail service. High level hotel. Really enjoyable.

This is my 4th time here in the past 6 years. I expected more. A lof of things has been changed for the worse. Smaller or lousier selection for breakfast. The food is though tasty. We had half board which is a great solution with a kid. The rooms are slightly worn down. Gym small considering the amout of guest the hotel can have. It was crowded each time.

Spent my day at the hotel enjoying suntanning in the day and watching World Cup in the night. Checkout my photos

Great stayed we had and we'll visit again soonest

Good hotel and lounge. Location in the Palm Jumairah and it it was a little crowded at the time. The reception desk staff, however need a lot of work to expedite their work and not letting hotel guests waiting. Also I see them take long conversations while checking in people and Leave waiting people in Line lessening to their chitchat.

Good staff helpful and wiev beautiful

The hotel is beautiful. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing is location. It’s a little inconvenient, so need to take a cab and quite expensive to travel around.
