Sofitel Dubai Downtown Reviews

It was my first time in this hotel. The room was clean. Breakfast was rich and delicious. The staff was very friendly. The location was very convenient, right next to the subway station. Will definitely stay in this hotel again. Highly recommended.

My decision to stay at Sofitel Hotel in Dubai was the best. It was located in a nice location and all the staff were kind. Above all, I will never forget the tremendous hospitality that the staffs showed my child dressed in Superman clothes.

Very good location, 10-15 minutes walk to dubai

It was our 4th time staying in this hotel since it was near to Dubai Mall. The room was quite clean and of decent size. The choice of food for breakfast and lunch was amazing. Special mention to Sharjeel, Chef Amr and Mustafa who were very helpful and welcoming.

We stayed in two Sofitels in Dubai. Both of them are quite nice. Clean, large room, good services, nicely decorated. Have good impression of Sofitel brand because of the stay in Dubai.

A gorgeous hotel, as usual with Accor Sofitel has the handpicked everybody and everything from Accor, I was warmly welcomed, generously upgraded by an effortlessly beautiful East Slavic receptionist, immaculately cleaned rooms so those are exceptional handpicked room service, Expensive French Luxury amenities that cost more the hotel booking in retail stores, so obviously Accor got the French connection The French ACCOR gigantic-brand aquirer always makes sure Sofitel is better than the UnFrench brands they acquired Exploit this cut-throat egoiste French bias by picking Sofitel over any other UnFrench brand that French Accor owns, don't fight them...join them

Everything is nice ,especially loved the breakfast, so amazing and various,very fresh ! Location is great, close to burj khalifa, totally satisfied of everything. Recommended highly.

Great location, close to metro and can walk to dubai mall via a bridge (around 10 min walking). Nice, comfortable and clean room. Shower and bath facilities are great. Everything is perfect. Highly recommended

My stay was for one night. The check in process was smooth. I arrived before check in time and the hotel held my bags while I went out. The room was spacious and had a great view of the city. However I was not pleased with the level of cleanliness of the room. The toilet had some stains on the side and the container holding the bathroom items ( showercap, cotton swabs, etc) appeared to not have been cleaned for a while. When I opened the container, there was black residue on the packaging. The kettle was a bit molded on the inside.

The location is excellent and is right by the Burj Khalifa station.  On the same day, you can immediately find easy access to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, Museum of the Future, Skyview Observatory without going thru any cab ride.

Best place in downtown, excellent location, staff super friendly and take care a lot of the guest.
