Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre

The room is clean. Breakfast did not have many choices. Close to the shopping mall. The hotel and the shopping mall are interconnected.

We stayed here for just one day during a layover and everything was super. For a short rest between flights it is exactly what you need. It is also very convenient that the hotel is located right inside the mall. The staff is very attentive and friendly, they checked us in quickly without any hassle. The dinner buffet was great, with a good selection and everything was really tasty. We also dropped by the bar, which is a cool place to sit and relax after the flight. And the pool with the jacuzzi is a great feature, it helped perfectly to take off the travel fatigue. The impressions are very positive. If we are passing through Dubai again, we will gladly choose this hotel. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay overall and would come back again after the renovations are completed. The staff were very friendly and always greeted me, which made me feel really welcome. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day — fresh towels and a nicely made bed. I also appreciated being allowed to check in early (with a charge), which was very helpful since I arrived early. The location is super convenient, close to the MRT and directly connected to a mall. A couple of small issues: the room was a bit dusty at first, and I wasn’t informed about the ongoing renovations. The drilling noise was quite disruptive when I was trying to rest. Overall still a very pleasant stay!

Overall, my stay was satisfactory. I understand this is a matter of personal preference; however, I found the pillows uncomfortable and was unable to get a good night’s rest.
