I love Al Seef Heritage by Hilton! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were transported to a world straight out of the Aladdin movie. The old Dubai style was simply breathtaking. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel relaxed and refreshed, offering us a cold hibiscus drink and a chilled towel to beat the heat. The personal cabby service to our building was a delightful surprise, and we were amazed to see the entire complex is part of the Al Seef hotel. The room was nothing short of stunning, with a vintage charm that made it hard to leave the incredibly comfortable bed. A special shout-out to our favorite staff members, Ceasar and Sangkita. Sangkita's energetic and impeccable service on the phone always made us feel comfortable, and our requests were handled with ease. Laxime from the reception also made us feel incredibly welcomed and to Ceasar, who made our stay even more memorable. The complimentary cabby service that took us around Al Seef was the icing on the cake! We can't wait to come back in the winter to fully immerse ourselves in the magic of this place. I strongly advise against visiting during the scorching summer months, as it might not do justice to the old Dubai experience. All in all, our stay was simply fantastic!

Great place but very hot due to humid weather and nearby creek. But the hotel is every where as split so hard to find in the begining but we got #8. There is alots of shop nearby and restaurant U may need. Thank U anyway

The place is beautiful and literally takes you to the past. I loved the old market and its location.. Near the hotel there are boats that take you from one place to another at an affordable price ,takes you from .Different destinations One thing I didn't like was the smell of the room

This hotel had a nostaglic vibe and the farmous starbucks is just located at this hotel. There are many shops and restuarant at this Heritage area. Stayed for 3 nights and the experience is extraodinary. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Free bungee to transport you around. Love this hotel and will stay there again next visit. 🥰

The hotel located within the ancient style market, very special decoration and vibe! Might have some noise downstairs as it is a market below and take some time to find and walk back to my hotel block, as the buildings are so scattered. The welcoming Arabian coffee, hibiscus tea and dates are nice. Might have some insects in the hotel room but manageable. Good for taking photos! Our room with creek view balcony look nice.

Unique stay in the truly Arab ambiance. Check-in is seamless and staff's very helpful. The hotel does have a very nice restaurant a it does has a full of choices for breakfast. A must-stay lodge when coming to Dubai.

Lovely place to feel yourself in Emirates at the end of 70s, but with quality of modern Hilton hotel Don’t forget to add breakfast - location and menu is top for these money!

You can feel the true Arabian Courtyard vibe. We stayed there only one night. I recommend to stay like 2 or 3 nights. You can make sightseeing around bur dubai.

Beautiful and central hotel. The staff has been very kind and helpful during our 2 days. They also agreed on late check-out.

Loved the look of the hotel. We had 2 rooms booked and they were interconnected. One of the door lock didn't work and took them a long time to try and fix. It didn't really bother us as long as one of the doors is working. Be mindful the breakfast place is a few minutes walk from the hotel building and you will be working under the sun so be prepared

Very nice decoration with historical elements. Awesome place for leisure travellers to enjoy the historical area and nice to take photos. Kinda confusing to find the rooms so kinda like treasure hunt ☺️

Great location that gives you the real Arab building structures, but unfortunately third world shops and units put a real damper on the experience
