Perfect hotel, you can early check in and late check out for free. The customer service is amazing and the product quality in the room for consuming is wonderful.

I loved the place as it’s near the Dubai Mall. It is clean and the services are quick. The only two inconvenient things were I had to call the reception to get some missing amenities and the check out time was maximum given to me until 1:00 PM. All in all, I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet place.

Novotel WTC is a relatively small and very well located property. I would like to thank Mr. Gaurav who made the extra effort to make my stay more enjoyable. The rooms r compact and modern and the breakfast is nice though not very large.
