Place is clean. Theres some noise during night time because of the clubs but not as bad as other hotels.

Nice environment and room. The service is good. There are day to day shop nearby. We can buy souvenirs and groceries easily and conviently. Good place! The room is big and cosy. Worth a try!

Very good location, Lulu supermarket, metro station, 10 min bus to the beach. The hotel is lovely and clean and beautiful. Also love service and people who work for the hotel. Come back in November and definitely recommend

I booked the executive suit for the jacuzzi, and it was not working.i called a couple of times until I was told it wasn't working in all the rooms and it cannot be fixed. Limited breakfast choices and a small pool.

Well they definitely 💯 change over to Hite h. Noisy as 9 night clubs on. Gym looks so small. Swimming 🥽 pool was closed 🔐.

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel I stayed at this hotel for one night and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Sleep was impossible due to the deafening music coming from their three nightclubs. The noise went on late into the night, and the hotel staff didn’t seem to care. The cleanliness of the hotel was appalling—dirty floors, yellowed towels that looked like they hadn’t been replaced in years, and an overall neglected atmosphere. This place is not worth your money. If you value cleanliness, comfort, or even a decent night’s sleep, I highly recommend staying somewhere else. I will never book here again.

The service was very kind and helpful (especially Franz and Ganga). The atmosphere was excellent, and the breakfast was diverse with plenty of options to choose from. We had planned to visit the pool, but there was a break during the time we wanted to go, so we didn’t end up using it. Despite that, everything else was positive, and we had a wonderful experience overall!

They dont listen to cuatomer problem. Shower had no cold water for 6 days of my stay and even after complain they didnt rectify. Look at their sofa in picture and view they gave me. One mug slipped and fell down due to wrong placement in tray, they kept it on my room computer for all 6 days for no reasons. They even asked me to pay 50.aed for the mug :( There duty manager was very good.

The receptionist was so defensive about queries and did not want to answer question. Charged extra. Staff are not proactive in helping and not following promised words. It takes forever for someone to answer a call. The smell of the lobby, hallway, and elevator is really bad. No air condition at the lobby. WiFi is so weak at the room. We were two guests yet they prepared only for one; and we needed to call reception to requests items that should have been prepared on set. Upon checking, instead of finishing up, the staff kept talking to someone else hence it took us more than 15min to check in.

The review about the hotel is superb good but to be honestly the managing director of the hotel needs to be changed, the hotel manager is poorly managing the hotel he cant even check the reservation made by the client but kept calling the room phone while clients are asleep we even tell him we are asleep and we will bring the reservation when we are awake on front desk but didn’t listen and kept calling, after all was done we even went to dining room but the manager tried also to follow us while dining and we even told him its not proper to follow a client while dining to confirm the reservation after we were done we went to reservation desk and we found our reservation paper already printed so we decided to ask the front desk to call the manager, after he arrived he kept the same thing, he wanted us to show him the reservation so everyone started to stare at him and he even reached a point of calling the police so we asked him calmly whats your problem with us he had nothing to say and felt shy and went away.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving the HR Department .Had one of the worst experience in my life.The Manager is really are terrible....below is his picture everyone to this hotel need to avoid this manager as i cant group him to racist or whatsoever

Good, cozy hotel to stay at the centre of Dubai. You can find a pathway closer from the metro.
