Excellent location! Right next to a huge shopping mall and supermarket. The metro is also very close by. The rooms are cozy and clean. There's a spacious bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower. They provide all the essentials: toothbrush and toothpaste, razor, soap, shower caps, and body lotion. You'll also find a kettle, cups, tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, and bottled water. The hotel has a small pool with a pleasant area. We were very happy with our stay!

Stay was good but there service is not up to the mark they are not cooperating charged 20 aed for pillow cover saying it stain will not go it’s damaged now.

Parking was paid and They are keeping 100 deposit  I did not see any other hotel keeping deposit  Rest is fine but this deposit and paid parking 🅿️ not good  I will not visit again this hotel 🥺 also Parking was too dirty

I stayed at the property, but the air conditioning was not working. Even after calling for service more than five times, it was still not fixed. I then contacted reception and requested a room change. Although they changed my room, the AC in the new room was also not working. Additionally, there was a bad smell, which made the experience very unpleasant. Overall, it was a very poor experience.

Greaaaaaaate locationnnnn. About a 10 min walk to deira city centre and the city centre metro station. The only good thing about this hotel

Happy stay

Huge thanks to the reception staff! They were very understanding and allowed us to check in early. The room was cozy, and it was relatively quiet on our floor. The bathroom was massive – you could literally dance in it! However, the bathtub itself wasn't working and was a bit dirty; only the shower was functional. There's a mall, metro, and cafes nearby. Overall, everything was excellent. Perfect for a couple of transit days!

Not suitable for families. There's an extra charge of 20 AED for parking, and the parking attendant also asks for an additional 10 or 20 AED for parking levels B1 or B2. The hotel has a nightclub.

Leela Hotel is a normal hotel. Access to Deira City Center and Metro is advantageous.

Excellent customer service, could not fault in anyway. Location and access to metro station is fantastic. Special thank you to Raja on reception for making sure my stay was exceptional.

Cleanliness and hygiene can be improved. The room was a bit damp with smell.
