Mövenpick Hotel Apartments Downtown Dubai

The hotel is very close to Dubai Mall entrance via Chinatown Dubai Mall, just between Vida Mall and Address Residences. The good thing is we avoid Downtown Dubai traffic when we travel to other Dubai attractions while staying close to Dubai Mall / Burj Khalifa. Hotel cleanliness is superb, staff is helpful, 2 bedroom apartment we stay is fully furnished with all utensils and kitchenette are fully working. Special commendation to Madhuri who is very pleasant to us. Thank you for everything. Recommended hotel to stay in Downtown Dubai.

The hotel location is excellent, the penthouse is amazing for family stay. The only area of improvement that I have is the quality of food from room service should be improved.

The hotel is ok, and close to Dubai mall, but the staff at the front desk is not helpful.

The hotel is walking distance to Dubai mall. Very convenient and easy to access.. The room is clean and huge, suitable for a family of 4 to stay on.

We love this hotel apartment the moment we arrived. Even before we finish unloading our luggages, the porter is already out and helping (two thumbs up) At the reception, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and throughout our stay, everyone we meet from Mövenpick are kind and helpful. Thank you for making our stay so special :D Our 2 bedroom apartment is big. Both rooms are spacious and comfortable, clean and spotless. There are several 24hrs convenient stores, supermarket around the hotel vicinity. A minute walk down the road is the entrance to Dubai Mall, may restaurants and shops. Location of this hotel is just perfect.

Very nice clean and quiet and close to Dubai fountain. The khalifa tower view is not worth to cost since it’s abstracted view

The room is very spacious and clean. Super closed to Dubai mall (~5mins walk) Staff are nice and helpful, we ordered something from deliveroo (not fresh food) but we were not in hotel when it arrived, and the staff kindly kept it for us until we got back. The only downside is the bathtub area, door is not enclosed (which I already knew beforehand when looking at photos online, but it’s worse than I thought, since water just splashed out to the floor if not careful enough 😭) Also the water temperature changed from time to time so I always had to adjust the temperature several times. Hope improvements could be made on that. Overall a nice stay and would recommend to others.
