Hotel Indigo DUBAI DOWNTOWN by IHG

The first two days, I didn't get the room type I booked without knowing it. The front desk tried to charge me an extra 60 dirhams, but luckily the card payment failed, and I realized the room fee already included it. If I had paid cash, I might have been overcharged. The accessible room type is very inconvenient for people without disabilities; there's no place to hang towels in the bathroom, and only a simple vanity without a proper cabinet. On the third day, I was informed that the cold water would be shut off. Later, with the help of Trip.com customer service, I was moved to the reserved room type on the 9th floor.

Great location, right next to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The service was warm and attentive. The only downside was the large construction site downstairs, which could be a bit noisy. Many Chinese guests were staying there, but the breakfast wasn't quite to my taste.

This hotel is super close to downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa, just a 900m walk away. It's newly renovated and quite stylish, being a modern property. Plus, it offers great value for money.

The hotel room size is decent, and the hygiene is very good. The housekeeping staff are also excellent. The location is just average, but there are no good supermarkets nearby downstairs. The hotel breakfast is also just average, but the service is enthusiastic. The spa center is quite small, and so is the pool garden. However, despite being small, it basically offers all the services you'd expect.

Really great! The hotel has a particularly beautiful, large garden. The rooms are also nice. It's perfect for both business trips and tourism. The location is super convenient, the bed is very comfortable, and there's a mall right outside. It's also close to high-end shopping centers, and the views are lovely.

Everything was perfect except for the construction downstairs. A huge thanks to the handsome young man who checked me in (apologies, I forgot your name, but it started with an 'A', you had glasses and short hair!), and also to Wael for his wonderful baggage service. All in all, a very pleasant travel experience!
