The front desk service was excellent, except for the slightly yellowish water in the bathtub. However, the restaurant staff still seemed to prioritize serving white customers first.

Staff was very kind, room as comfortable, clean and big. I traveled with my dog and had no issues, staff was very friendly. I will definitely come back.

I had an amazing stay at Vida Emirates Hills! The staff was welcoming, and the hotel’s modern design and calm atmosphere made it the perfect retreat. My room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view of the golf course. The pool area was fantastic for relaxing, and the on-site restaurants served delicious meals. Located in a peaceful area but close to major attractions, it's the ideal spot for both business and leisure. I’ll definitely return!

I've been here many times. This is my favorite hotel in Dubai. It's very clean and on par with five-star hotels in China. The breakfast is delicious. It's right next to the golf course. The courtyard-style breakfast is very holiday-like. The environment is very good. Not many people, very new, very quiet. The environment around the hotel is also very good and surrounded. I highly recommend it.

Facilities: Very new and well-equipped. Cleanliness: Relatively clean, but some small flying insects were found. I saw a notice from the hotel that they will be arranging a comprehensive disinfection soon, which should improve the situation.
