I had a great stay at the hotel. The service was really good, especially the shuttle bus staff—they were very accommodating and helpful. The restaurant hall also offered delicious food, and the staff there were friendly and attentive. The pool area was welcoming and relaxing as well. Overall, a pleasant experience and definitely worth recommending.

My first concern was discovering that the bathtub had not been properly cleaned, as it still contained hair from the previous guest. Additionally, when I attempted to use the gym, I found that no yoga mats were available for floor exercises, and the water dispenser was providing only hot water. Lastly, the pool area appeared to be poorly maintained. I would kindly recommend that greater attention be given to the cleaning and upkeep of the hotel’s facilities.

I’ve booked this previously and had a wonderful experience however this time, the booking process failed completely - it was overbooked (102%) capacity - wasn’t sure if this was possible?! I had booked 2x rooms (a twin and king bed) but when checking in found that the rooms contained 1x bed and despite the request to keep the rooms together - they were on opposite ends of the hotel. The staff were brilliant and eventually provided a twin bed room however this was bittersweet. Location is fantastic - 20mins to main tourist attractions Quite suburb with all the local amenities within ＜5mins walking distance

I would like to start from the good point - swimming pool is large and deep, food in restaurant is also normal. But however I will not suggest this hotel for others. Upon checking no valet and no bell door man to open heavy door (other door was not working), person who did check in did not welcomed us and did not explain about swimming poor nor breakfast, just took a deposit and gave us card. During reservation I mentioned we are celebrating our anniversary and I expected at lest that anyone can congratulate us, but no one did 🙁 I do understand they cannot provide anything special but at lest one good word could make changes. Only pool guard was friendly and at lest told us there is a Sauna. Pool is working until 6pm btw. In room there was only 1pax of each bath amenities (1 shower, 1 gel, 1 condition and soap) No coffee machine. We asked for Late check out and hopefully they provided 2pm, but did not pay attention on overall experience of the hotel. Fine for 1 night if you are coming with business trip but not for vacation or any occasion.

The location was not as close to downtown Dubai or Deira as I thought. It was a bit secluded but the closest mall is the MOE so you can explore that. They also provide free bus shuttles to kite beach at specific times. I liked the room and my view. I can’t complain. It was a good value of my money

Hotel staff not responsive to my requests. I didn't feel welcome to the hotel. I would be going there again.

First, they gave me a room that smelled awful with cigarette smoke. Then they changed me to a room for special needs. I don't know why they gave me this room, and I accepted it reluctantly. The room also smelled awful with a musty, old-fashioned smell.

Good stay. Good amnities. Good room. Just a little comment on house keeping services. But over all we had a great time staying there. And we enjoy a lot. Thank you so much s hotel. Definetely will Comeback

Unbelivably bad customer service. No will to help and actually rude. The rooms are ok, albeit the curtains and carpet need urgent cleaning,

The hotel was cleaned and the staff was friendly but the reservation team was very disappointing because I email them thrice just to ask simple question before my arrival but didn’t get reply or a simple acknowledgment. Breakfast was okay.

Staff were friendly and efficient, facilities were clean and fresh, room was just what I needed for a couple if days as a base. Very happy with my stay.
