Not a bad hotel, but too expensive for the services. The location is far, yes there are some things around, but if you're going to Dubai to see the desert, you can stay here. It's away from the city and people. Breakfast is average, same food every day. For this price, better options should be available.

Everything was excellent, and check-in and check-out procedures were easy and didn't take long. However, the direction of the qibla (direction of prayer) in the rooms is incorrect. 🕋

Very nice hotel, located 5 minutes away from the metro station, room were clean, and the service was great. Great value vs cost for sure.. Highly recommend.

very nice hotel, clean and tidy, food at the restaurant is cheap but yummy~ location is a bit far from city center but very close to the metro station just 5mins walk, so very easy to travel to the CBD, maybe just 15-20 mins environment around is ok, few restaurants and several 24hrs supermarket, feel safe to travel alone!

The service was terrible and annoyed. The hotel took extra money (AED 150) from me because I got little delay to checkout (only greedy for money no courtesy & hospitality)  Not recommended to family or couple.

A very good 3-star hotel for the price tag. Over all the rooms were clean and didn’t have any issues. Each time I would like to be between downtown and sharjah, I would choose this hotel.
