Im City Season avid customer and was upgraded to suite room. Approachable staff in the reception. Clean room and washroom. Very good location just beside Burjuman Mall, closed to the metro. Food options in the breakfast mainly for Indian clients.

Actually it is not the first time I'm staying at this hotel. Maybe four of five times I'm booking this hotel. Everything is ok and amazing. But this time, the breakfast team was not ready to serve the guests with all demands since there were a group of tourists who visited the hotel. Otherwise, the rest of the services are amazing. Very good location. Close to mall and just e minutes from burjoman metro station. All Staff are very friendly. Thanks to Mr Jawad, a wonderful manger, very helpful and friendly.

What can I say. The place is very small and compact. Very expensive for the place and facilities. Busy place too. TV system is totally out of date. Due to my physical condition I've used walking in the shower. But felt like it was only catered for a very disabled elderly room.

It was so nice to stay. All of the staffs were very kind and polite. No smell, quite fresh. I stayed at hotels near DMCC and internetcity metro. It has large and more newest then this area, but it was inconvenient to stay that area. This is my 4th hotels in Dubai, but the service is the most of them I think. I want to stay here more when I come back.

Good hotel

Another great stay! Everything that I could want in a hotel in terms of cleanliness, comfort, facilities available to the guest. The gym was especially excellent. But as I mention my first review on this hotel really it’s all about location location location next to a big mall and train station. Highly recommend !
