La Ville Hotel & Suites City Walk, Dubai, Autograph Collection

I wanted to express my deepest appreciation to the entire staff from reception to housekeeping, and restaurant. Apologize to write a brief review, just wanted to let the guests know how this hotel is look like. The location of this hotel is unique in the sense it is very close to Dubai Mall, yet out of crowd. It's surrounding with good restaurants and a family park. This hotel is a perfect stop for families especially traveling with the kids. My La Ville, Dubai journey started just one day before the disastrous rain in Apr. 2024. I witnessed how the entire staff struggle to ease the guests. The house keeping team was running around to make sure that none of the guests should affect from rain. It was really hard to keep the water flow out of rooms. I would really admire Ms Ayu, whose true professionalism felt me like I'm living in my home, she kept the room not only clean but also make sure that all the supplies are available throughout my stay. I must emphasize Chival restaurant. They serve bfast from 06-11:00. I must say Chival is designed to serve food for everyone, from kids to young, adult, and seniors. They have best selection of food, juices, fruits and much more. The entire staff is very helpful, I would really Admire Faisal and Eileen who always welcome us with smile, they make sure that everyone who comes for bfast get the best meal for the day. They always upfront to explain the dishes, recipe and flavors. Last but not least the swimming pool, how someone can forget it. The swimming pool and gym is on rooftop. You can easily view entire buildings including the Burj Khalifa.

Every thing was excellent and we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We had a warm welcome from all of the stuff specially Miss Shaqilla the manager of guest relationship at the hotel. The location was excellent , the service and the room was clean and had a nice view of burj khalifa.

Tranquil hotel, well equipped, modern/clean. friendly staff in particular Saurav at the rooftop pool. Great area near downtown Dubai and several shopping areas. Downside a bit far from Palm etc. and some of the main activities but then again worth it.

Super shiny, clean, nice ambience and professional staff. Joined Iftar with business friends and Luxury feeling while dining, amazing food and Adam take care of us well. Great approach and guidance by saqila at reception with smile and recommend us to attend Iftar with my group.

This hotel stands out for me with great customer service, which starts from the moment you check in. The friendliness and accommodating nature of the staff is authentic and consistent. Special shoutout to Sesila and Faisal at the Cheval breakfast service. Excellent service that goes above and beyond.
