I HAD A VERY TERIIBLE EXPERIENCE DURING MY STAY AT THIS HOTEL WITH MY FAMILY FROM 11TH SEPTEMBER 2023 FOR 5 NIGHTS, THE ROOM SIZE WAS VERY SMALL. THERE WAS NO DRINKING WATER IN THE ROOM AND NO BATHROOM SLIPPERS , NO TOOTHBRUSH TOO. ONLY REQUESTING THESE BASIC AMENITIES WARE GIVEN. AT NIGHT THERE WAS LOUD NOICE OUT SIDE THE ROOM MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO GET THE PROPER SLEEP. WHEN I HAVE REQUEST ANOTHER ROOM THEY ASK ME TO PAY A NON RESONABLE AMOUNT. WE HAD CHOSEN THIS HOTEL AFTER SEEING THE REVIEWS WHICH WARE GOOD. BUT ME PERSONALLY HAD A POOR EXPERIENCE DURING MY FAMILY STAY. AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.
