I'd like to outline the pros and cons of my stay at this hotel. ^^ **Pros:** ① Free admission tickets to Legoland Water Park + one of the following: Legoland, Riverland Park, or Real Madrid Park. ② The parks are adjacent to the hotel, so you can walk there. ③ The hotel has a small pool and a grassy area for a bit of exercise (there's a small soccer goal, and my child enjoyed playing soccer there). ④ There's a kids' club where hotel staff organize hourly programs. This means you can drop off your children there (my younger son even got a temporary tattoo, as shown in the photo. Surprisingly, there were also two PS5s, which were very popular). ⑤ There are three restaurants within the hotel, so you can have all your meals there. ⑥ The overall vibe is very similar to Aulani Resort in Hawaii, with Hawaiian-inspired decor and music playing. **Cons:** ① It's located far from Dubai city center, so you'll primarily be spending your time at the hotel and the parks. ② Absolutely no Middle Eastern feel.

The rooms and facilities were fantastic, truly fitting for a resort hotel, and it was super close to 'Anime Gate'. My child and mother were both very happy. We pre-booked a half-board meal plan at the front desk, and the food was delicious. The only thing that truly alarmed me was one night when I was asleep, someone tried to open my room door with a key card. Luckily, I had the security chain on. I woke up startled and shouted loudly. I reported it to the front desk the next day, and they said they'd check the CCTV footage, but I never received any follow-up email about their investigation. Traveling with my mother and child, I really didn't expect to encounter this kind of issue at a resort of this caliber.

The resort environment is excellent, with lush greenery and birds singing, making it feel like Southeast Asia. The room and bed are also very comfortable, and the breakfast is rich and varied. There are coolers filled with bottled water for guests at all the shuttle bus stops within the park. Chose this hotel for Legoland, and the breakfast was quite good. The overall hotel environment leans towards a resort style. They claimed the outdoor pool was heated, but the temperature was completely off; it was freezing. The staff were all smiles, and the room size was quite generous. The hotel atmosphere and design is amazing. staff were amazing too. I like to mention irene specifically she was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice. Only issue was The pool water which wasnt clean maybe bec it was crowded

Overall, everything was excellent, except for the breakfast, which was just average. It's a pity we only stayed for one night. Theme Park Perks: For each night's stay, we received a free theme park admission. We chose MOTIONGATE, and there were barely any queues, plus a great variety of rides. They also gave us 5 free activities at RIVERLAND (like archery, shooting, axe throwing, and an escape room), which we were able to enjoy on the day we checked in. Room Amenities: All great! We had two large beds and a balcony, perfect for getting some work done with a lovely view. We even had various birds visiting the balcony frequently. They even had bottled water readily available at the buggy pick-up points, which was a very thoughtful touch.

This king-sized room might seem expensive at first, but it's actually incredible value. For our family of three, it essentially gives us a theme park experience for a whole day. Each of us gets a ticket worth 600 RMB, yet the entire hotel stay only cost 2200 RMB. You can choose from four different parks, and they're all fantastic – my child is already begging to go back! The resort also has a swimming pool, a lazy river, a splash area for kids, a football field, and various other recreational facilities. The hotel food is delicious, and you can even feed fish on your way to breakfast. There are a lot of Europeans and Americans at this resort, and not many Chinese, but I really, really recommend it – it's absolutely perfect.

This was truly the worst check-in experience I've ever had. We arrived at 3 AM, and first off, the room type was wrong. We booked a twin room, but there was only one bed, and they claimed it was a 'free upgrade.' We insisted on changing rooms, and in the middle of the night, they moved us to another room. It did have two beds, but no fridge and no pool view. It was also right next to the elevator and the main entrance, so it was incredibly noisy from morning till night. The next day, we were out exploring all day and returned to the hotel very late, only to find our room card wouldn't open the door. We had to walk all the way to the lobby to get a new key, then back to the room, but it still didn't work! So, back to the lobby again! This resort is huge, and walking back and forth from the room to the lobby three times absolutely exhausted us, especially after being tired all day. We complained to the manager about all these issues, but all we got was an apology and an offer of a complimentary dinner or dessert. By then, it was past 9 PM; who isn't already fed and ready for bed? Do we really care about a free meal? It was beyond frustrating! The food was also terrible! Restaurant management and service were equally poor! We understand that it's peak season and prices would be higher, but we never expected such basic service to be completely botched. It was awful, awful, awful. Don't book this place!
