I stayed this hotel for 3 nights with my family, the service here is excellent. I rent a car for this trip and they offered valet parking service. The hotel is closed to the monorail station but I haven't take the rail transportation this time, its overall in a good location with easy access to many tourists points in Dubai. The room is big and buffet breakfast is excellent too.

The room was clean, hygienic, and spacious. The valet parking service was excellent. From certain angles, the sea-view rooms offer glimpses of Atlantis and the Burj Al Arab.

My stay at the hotel was disappointing. The main issue was the constant noise coming from the street, which made it very difficult to rest or sleep properly. In addition, the curtains were not effective at blocking sunlight. Strong sunlight entered the room early in the morning, making the room too bright and uncomfortable. Overall, the experience was not pleasant, and I expected better comfort and sound insulation

Nice new freshly designed hotel, super convenient for meetings in Media City and commute around as there is a metro and it is at the start of Palm Jumeirah. Room was very large with kitchen and nice views over the water including a fireworks on Saturday… cool.

This was the only hotel we stayed at in Dubai, and it offered incredible value for money. The front desk upgraded us to a sea-view suite with two separate large bedrooms, and the kitchen was fully equipped. It's right next to Palm Jumeirah and very close to Skydive Dubai. The metro station is just 30 meters from the hotel entrance, making transportation super convenient. I highly recommend booking the Akaya Ma Seahorse Camp desert safari on Taobao; the hotel provided full transfers and concierge-like service with a rich variety of activities.
