Reviews of Element Al Mina, Dubai

I guess I wasn’t sure what to expect as I booked this last minute and only stayed for one night. Fridge in room wasn’t working but I guess I didn’t need to use it for my stay. My room also had a smell to it- not sure what it was but again only there for one night so no big deal. Breakfast was okay- nothing to shout about but service from everyone in the breakfast room was 10/10. The guy making the eggs- that was probably the highlight of breakfast.

Clean rooms. SUUUPER comfortable bed, breakfast and good service. Easy does it.

Good hotel

I liked everything except the location. There is a road construction nearby and it is very inconvenient to get there, even taxi drivers cannot immediately find the entrance to the hotel. The staff is excellent, they upgraded the room category upon check-in to a suite, for which special thanks to the employee with the Russian name Anton. The choice for breakfast is not rich, but quite enough, only the coffee is not very good.

The room was comfortable and spacious.

The experience was not good and I will not come again. There is nothing wrong with the hotel. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy. However, some hotel employees have bad attitudes. A small number of hotel employees colluded with the thieves group and specially arranged the thieves groups near the customer's room. There is major construction on the street in front of the hotel!

It's a bit expensive

From the very beginning, I was able to get answers to all my questions with great attention. The size, spaciousness and silence of the room was very nice, especially its cleanliness was great. Hari Karan welcomed us every day with a beautiful room and provided us with everything we wanted with a smile. The location was also very good. I was very pleased. If I come again, I will definitely stay at Ptel, it would not be any other place. Thank you very much for everything.

Very satisfied with our 3-night stay in 1BR suite. Roomy and has everything you need for a comfortable visit including an equipped kitchen and washer-dryer. Cozy bed. Delicious breakfast with omelet station and friendly, helpful staff (thank you Chef and Nadeesha!). You can walk to a nearby supermarket, taxi and Uber/Careem readily available. The Element is a sister property to the Aloft Al Mina.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. The reception area is in the Aloft hotel next door and was very charming. Ms. Mary on the reception that day was very hospitable and courteous. Due to my status, we were upgraded to the 1 bedroom suite and this made the stay very comfortable. The suite was well appointed, tidy and clean. Both the living area and the bedroom had large screen TVs. The breakfast was good and had a live omelette station. Our server Mr. Jois was very helpful and served us very well. The hotel had a underground parking and it made life easy as parking could be a challenge due to roadworks taking place nearby. Thank you to the all the staff involved, especially Ms. Mary and Mr. Jois.

Thank you for nice roomservice and generally nice place, breakfast. We enjoyed and definitely want to come back. Close to everything around in Dubai. Pool place was good, only wished that it was possible to use parasol ☂️ when it’s really warm. Otherwise good food and relaxing place. We did as well massage 💆🏽 and it was really nice

Fantastic experience at the Element Al Mina in Dubai. After being disappointed at the Aloft because of room quality there, the management upgraded us to stay at the Element next door. What made the experience extraordinary was the help of the team at the Element and especially the housekeeping team led by Manej to accommodate all our special requests! Well done and we surely return again to this property.

Yash was amazing in cleaning and taking care of things needed in room. Didn’t have to wait long time to get things in room. It was an easy communication and warm experience. Would definitely encourage to join on business trips and meetings. Staff is very professional

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and a big part of what made it so special was the front desk staff, Ahmed. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a warm smile and made the check-in process quick and easy. He was always friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. Housekeeping also stood out—they were thorough and kept the room in perfect condition throughout my visit, paying attention to every detail. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Ahmed really made a difference with his excellent service, and I’ll definitely be returning!
