All the things are so great. Station 20 walk to the hotel around 15 minutes, not that far. and the staff is so helpful. The hotel also provides a free bus to the Dubai Mall. super great!

Convenient location Breakfast buffet has plenty of choices. Rooms are clean and staff are helpful. Taxi bay outside the hotel , hence no need to pre book. Strong WiFi , meaning a business person can get on with work immediately upon checkin.

Very good location and awesome breakfast buffet. Spacious rooms representing a good value for money although the hotel is a bit dated and noisy during the night.

It was okay. The Indian restaurant for breakfast was decent. Overall, it was a pretty good experience. It's fine for a typical business trip. There's a supermarket nearby which is convenient. Generally acceptable. The room was not small, and the environment was also fine.

A bit far from the metro station BurJuman (almost 20 min walk), which is our favourite location in Dubai thanks to all the nice restaurants there. Hotel is nice, huge room, big bathroom, clean, calm, even when crowded, fast lifts and friendly service. Good touch to receive 2 bottles of water of 1.5l per day. Hotel is around few supermarkets opened 24/7. Very convenient. We did not try the amenities.

On a business trip to Dubai, I chose the Four Points. It's very close to both the exhibition center and the airport. The room was clean, tidy, and quiet, and quite spacious. There's a 24-hour supermarket downstairs, which was really convenient for shopping. Breakfast was served at an Indian restaurant, offering a good selection of fruits, bread, and juices. The egg rolls were particularly tasty.

Here’s a polished and happy note for your hotel review: --- I had an excellent stay at Four Points! The room was comfortable, clean, and had all the facilities I needed for a relaxing visit. The highlight of my stay was definitely the big, delicious breakfast buffet with plenty of options to choose from. A special mention to Mr. Ali from the buffet section — he was absolutely wonderful! He served us hot, ghee-loaded dosas every morning, which was such a comforting treat and helped us cope with the change from Arabic food. one thing was awful, i booked room for 3 with extra bed, but when i visited hotel they only provided king bed, where i adjsuted little bit. Overall, a great experience with warm service and amazing food. Highly recommended! 🌟

Location: The hotel is located in the old town area, but unfortunately, there are no nearby bus or metro stations, making transportation extremely inconvenient. On top of that, there aren't any decent restaurants in the vicinity. Environment: This really deserves a rant — the hotel is extremely outdated, and there's a noticeable musty smell throughout the building. But what baffled me the most was the bathroom situation. The shower, toilet, and sink are all in the same space without any form of separation — not even a glass partition. I forgot to take a picture, but just imagine everything in one open space. The drainage is poorly done as well, so whenever you take a shower, water goes everywhere — the entire bathroom, including the sink area and toilet, gets soaked. It becomes super slippery and dangerous. I actually slipped and fell because of this. Service: The service was passable at best. They didn’t provide disposable slippers, toothbrush, or toothpaste initially — I had to call and request them. Also, when I checked in, no one informed me about the shuttle bus schedule or breakfast times. I had to find that out on my own by reading signs and asking around.

Great location, decent stay. Will be back for sure in the future.

The hotel is at good location, cleanliness was also good, the only drawback is hotel lobby very small and need renovation seems to have a feel like 4 star. The best was the breakfast, our family enjoyed it and also the rooms are very big. Staff are very froendly and helpful.

The hotel is completely for Indian guests. Breakfast options are 80% Indian food. The design is really like "Old Delhi" Generally our stay was good
