the hotel is in run down area of Dubai and is full of unsavory persons on checking I was told if you want guest it is 100aed per person not a good attitude and certainly will choose a much better option next time

I am traveling around the world. This is terrible hotel till now i travel in dubai. I will not recommend any person to stay this hotel. I cannot sleep at night time because of loud music at down bar. We book hotel from agoda we are staying for 9 days. Bad experience of hotel industry. We see a lot of corkororch at room. And we see bed buds at bed. How can we stay like this room. And every time staff is asking where are you going at that time, i was going to my room. Every single person is asking same thing even i am staying till 9 night. We ask kettle for 4 times for reception, And also they are providing water only 2 bottle small, tv is also not working at all. The room is also smiling terrible. Money is not everything please provide quality of service as a hospitality service.

Over all disappointing experience Towel are to old, no complimentary slippers, the shower head keeps on turning, the tv is terrible as no international channel the smell of the hallway is terrible. We booked online we paid online and yet when we arrived there was another charge 30aed the receptionist told me that is for tourist pay per stay. Like what the heck they don't even mention that when we book online. We are not tourists we have Emirates ID I don't have choice just to accept as I am so tired from my 12hours flight we needed full rest and yet the room is stressful the sound from their club is to noisy I even slept late and when in the early morning there is drillings are going on another floor. I can't imagine what a nightmare experience at this hotel I booked 3days try to imagine our experience. We even complain to the reception but they completely ignore it. I don't recommend this hotel if you do then book at your own risk.

The biggest punishment of ever booking a hotel, such pathetic rooms, not at all baby friendly, I had home made food which was needed to be reheated for my baby, and they started giving excuses and telling us rules about municipality, on the other hand nothing in the room was hygienic, I was even not comfortable to sit in the room, full of dust and smell, not at all ment for family, some dirty business going on, not safe, first of all I feel there should be thorough check before even giving licence to these kinds of hotels, better to stay in park rather than booking for this hotel

Sleep in the road than booking this hotel… the staff is extremely rude…. The bed is infested with beg bugs… I woke up with my entire leg filled with soars.. it’s been 4 days and it hasn’t got better…. Please please DO NOT STAY HERE…… stay anywhere but this place

Very bad value for money. Staff at the reception are completely unfriendly, rooms are very small and not very well maintained, cleanliness level is quite questionable. Highly unrecommended. Taking a shower in this hotel is quite a challenge even for someone as tall as me :) look at the attached picture.

Really a terrible hotel, bad experience. They charged a lot after even booking for a less price. I request everyone not to visit this hotel ever. I won't recommend it to anyone. Overall a very disappointing experience

I do not recommend this hotel. due to a system error, I booked twice for the same date. the hotel refused to cancel one of the reservations. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel nicht. Aufgrund eines Systemfehlers habe ich zweimal für dasselbe Datum gebucht. Das Hotel weigerte sich, eine der Reservierungen zu stornieren.

Room barely acceptable. Trash on floor housekeeping does not do a thorough job. The bathroom, the towels were so old, the floor mat looked better. The water pressure was so low, could barely shower properly. No shower curtain, so water spills all over the floor and wets the floor mat. TV selection, only 4 channels, not for international viewers from the West. The phone in the room did not work. Asked if they had room service at reception, they said yes. But I said there is no menu in room and phone does not work. I went to the restaurant for room service and the indian attendant did not understand English....!!!

The hotel provided me with very good service. The staff is well behaved. I contacted mr. Sankar Biswas is the good person, anyway thanks to York International Hotel and staffs Inside the hotel is a very quiet atmosphere. It was a good experience

I recently visited Dubai and stayed at York Intl hotel. Couldn't believe that I spent four days at this dirtiest place in Dubai. I had no other option since it was booked online. Dirty washrooms, leakage just above the toilet seat, poor WiFi, noise all night, unbearable fragrance in the corridor all the time, bar, and bad people hanging around at night. Better to stay out all day and spend the night or stay inside the poor room.

We have been in this hotel for 3 nights, and I can't think of a better literary genre to describe it than an authentic horror novel!!! The rooms smell bad, we had to go the same night we arrived to buy a towel to shower because everything made us sick, the mold on the bathroom ceiling was disgusting and the dirt that came out of the air conditioning had its own name. In our case we have not encountered cockroaches, but there were some small mosquitoes in the bathroom that were annoying. We had to bathe with slippers on all three nights for fear of catching fungus, and that didn't take into account the fact that we went to the bathrooms in the different shopping centers before returning to the hotel so as not to have to use the toilet. From the first day the cistern broke, the second day the plugs didn't work, every day when we arrived at the hotel was an adventure, they told us that they would solve both things for us before our return on the last day, I write this review from the airport and they continued both things broken. The pillowcases were yellow and my sister found a suspicious hair in the bed the day we arrived. The carpet is already another world, I think it has never been cleaned, much less vacuumed. The window in the room is indescribable, it was broken, with yellow and sticky tape. Comment that in the lobby there is a nightclub quite famous for the continuous traffic of women, the music is heard ALL night long, you don't need to go there to have a very lively night. I recommend everyone NOT to ever go to this hotel, I honestly think they should close it. Attached photos

We stopped at this hotel late in the evening on 04/01/2013 in transit to a cruise ship in the Persian Gulf. It was the first, for me, sea cruise. Settled "automatic" after the flight. In the morning it turned out that it was located in the Indian quarter. Mostly women in saris, men in civilian clothes went out for breakfast. We were satisfied with breakfast. Then we had urgent business, and after finishing it, we called a taxi and went to the port, where the "steamboat" was waiting for us.
